I chose to talk about expatriation in Malta because there is a lot of expatriate of all nationalities in Malta, I tried to decrypt the reason.

The Maltese are multilingual
Although Maltese is the national language of the Maltese Islands, the majority of the Maltese population is multilingual. Maltese and English are both official languages of Malta, and many Maltese are also fluent in Italian. In fact, 88% of the population can speak fluent English and 66% can speak Italian.

All healthcare in Malta is free. As long as you're employed. According to a report by PWC, Malta ranks among the top 6 in the EU for the overall quality of healthcare.

The food
The Maltese are very passionate about their unique and flavoursome food. What makes Maltese food truly unique is its European and North African influences, with their adaptations using readily available local ingredients.
Weather
Being surrounded by the sea, Malta experiences a mild winters and hot, dry summers. Malta enjoys 3,000 hours of sunshine per year - one of the highest in Europe - and the summer season is said to last around 8 months, from mid-April up to November,
Near the sea
Being an island surrounded by the sea, if you are not right by the sea, then you are no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive away from it. So if you fancy a seafood day in the sun, then you're never too far! Morever you can easily navigate Malta, there is a lot of place to explore that is only accessible by boat
A rich history and culture
Due to its strategic position in the Mediterranean Sea, Malta has a very rich and interesting history due to a succession of powers throughout the years, including the Pheonicians, Romans, Normans, Arabs, the Knights of St John, the French and the British. In addition to this one, you can experience Malta's history on every corner.
Fest and outing
There are festivales every weekend every village celebrates their patron saint by putting on a spectacular fireworks show, while marching bands play music and a statue of the patron saint is carried around the colorful, decorated village streets.
You can also enjoy Malta's many restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs. The bars and clubs in Paceville are open 7 days a week.
Lifestyle in Malta
Laid back lifestyle, proximity to the sea, and sunshine is the fastest way to save money. Life in Malta is mostly very slow-paced and relaxed.
Good links to the rest of Europe
The plans flies to over 55 different countries around the world, with 60 weekly flights to the UK, over 40 weekly flights to Italy, and several other daily flights to other places.
After my internship I will be able to stay in Malta but the country is limited in large companies, big companies are online gaming companies, betting company, so I could work in Malta but only if the job offers the possibility to sell abroad.

FEST AND FIREWORKS
There are
many festivals in Malta, from May to September, each town and village
celebrates the patron saint of each locality by parading with a fanfare in the
streets, for this occasion the streets are decorated and many residents
participate by following the band and setting up tables in the street and
organizing a large meal in the evening or afternoon.
Maltese
Fireworks is part of the Maltese culture traditions. Malta celebrate at least
120 feasts in 4 months so there were fireworks every day during my stay. It is
a very old tradition linked with traditional religious ties over the last four
centuries. Most often the festival ends with fireworks in Malta.
The
fireworks display goes back to the time of the Order of the knights of St.
John. They used to fire canon shots. They were used to be fired to celebrate
the arrival of a Knight, or the arrival of a new born to an important European
family, or when a new pope was elected and the celebration of St. John’s feast
the patron saint of the Knights of Malta.
Every year
during April the Malta International Fireworks Festival is held with the
participation of local and foreign pyrotechnic companies from all five
continents. It is one of the main attractions in Malta with a spectacle of
colours display in Malta’s magnificent Grand Harbour. I enjoyed seeing
fireworks every day, the most amazing thing is that they are fired day and
night.
I enjoyed
watching the International Fireworks Festival it was beautiful, here are a

HISTORY
The culture
of Malta is very varied, Malta was colonized B.C by the Phoenicians, Romans,
Byzantines and A.C by the Arabs, the French and the British. The two official
languages are Maltese which is a language very close to Arabic and English.
The
earliest inhabitants of the Maltese Islands are believed to have been Sicani
from nearby Sicily who arrived on the island sometime before 5000 BC. These
people gave rise to a culture of megalithic temple builders, these monuments on
Malta and Gozo are considered the oldest standing stone structures in the
world. The temples date from 4000–2500 BC and typically consist of a complex
trefoil design.
I visited
Tarxied temple, which is consists of a complex of four megalithic structures
built between 3600 and 2500 BC and re-used between 2400 and 1500 BC. Discovered
in 1913 by local farmers, the site was extensively excavated between 1915 and
1919.

During my internship I was very well received by my team, the atmosphere at work was very good we shared other good moments like during the barbecue in the evening when going to have a drink after work. When I left they organized a last barbecue and they offered me a gift on the last day. I really enjoyed sharing these moments with them because I got on very well with them and they were always kind to me.
